On 28 December 2025, OLF-OLA clashed with Oromia state police and Kebele militia in Bofa town (Boset, East Shewa, Oromia), killing police officers and militia members, including the Jeju Woreda Kebele militia commander. The OLF-OLA burned the police station, released prisoners, and burned motorcycles owned by the Oromia state police. Fatalities coded as 4 (unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3 + the militia commander killed in the clash).
