On 27 December 2025, in San War Aung (Pat Tar) village (Lewe township, Det Khi Na, Nay Pyi Taw region), a mine planted by an unknown armed group exploded in front of the Basic Education High School which was set up as a polling station around 8:35 am. There were no casualties.
