On 27 December 2025, in Sar Tat Ku village (Ngape township, Minbu district, Magway region), the combined troops of the Asho Chin Defense Force and the New Society Army attacked around ten Myanmar military troops stationed at the outpost on the Minbu-Ann road around 11:30 pm. The armed clash lasted around 15 minutes and 3 military soldiers were severely injured.
