On 26 December 2025, Cambodian forces intermittently attacked Thai military positions using mortars, artillery, FPV suicide drones, tanks, and BM-21 rockets in the area of Sam Tae in Phu Pha Mok, Kantharalak (Si Sa Ket), while Thai troops remained unharmed and responded with artillery and tank fire to suppress and destroy Cambodian fire-support positions, maintaining defensive control along the entire line and reinforcing security at key positions. There were no casualties.
