On 26 December 2025, the Mareko ethnic militia shot and killed 3 civilians in Inseno Usme (Misrak Meskan, Guraghe, Central Ethiopia). The victims were daily laborers who, at the time of the attack, were working on their regular labor of loading items on trucks.
