On 25 December 2025, the United States military fired about 16 Tomahawk missiles at Nigeria, targeting ISSP (locally called Lakurawa), and a UXO fell and destroyed houses and a hotel in Offa town (Offa, Kwara). Another fell in Jabo, Sokoto State (coded separately). The missiles destroyed the ISSP camps in Bauni Forest Reserve, Wariya and Alkasim villages (coded separately). About 4 people were injured. There were no fatalities.
