On 25 December 2025, the United States military fired about 16 Tomahawk missiles at Nigeria, targeting ISSP (locally called Lakurawa), and a UXO fell and destroyed a farm in Jabo village (Tambuwal, Sokoto). Another fell in Offa (coded separately). The missiles destroyed the ISSP camps in Bauni Forest Reserve, Wariya and Alkasim villages (coded separately). There were no casualties.
