On 24 December 2025, military forces conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) targeting TTP militants in Loni Mor area of Kulachi tehsil (Dera Ismail Khan, KPK), and killed three high-value TTP militants, including the head of TTP's welfare department, during the exchange of fire. Authorities claim militants were responsible for several attacks, including multiple IED incidents and the killing of police personnel. 3 fatalities.
