On 24 December 2025, Cambodian forces intermittently attacked Thai defensive positions using mortars, artillery, FPV suicide drones, and BM-21 rockets in Sam Tae in Phu Pha Mok, Kantharalak (Si Sa Ket). All Thai personnel remained safe, and Thai forces continued to hold their positions, reinforce security, and consolidate at designated locations. There were no casualties.
