On 23 December 2025, in Kyauk Aing village (Hlegu township, Yangon-North district, Yangon region), a combined force of the Yangon Army and the People's Defence Force Western District Yangon (PaKaPha) attacked the village administration office using two mines at about 6:45 pm while Myanmar military troops and Pyu Saw Htee members were gathering in the office. Casualties unknown.
