On 23 December 2025, in Swar Ywar Ma Gyi village (coded as Swar Ywar Ma) (Yedashe township, Taungoo district, Bago-East region), the People's Defense Force - Nay Pyi Taw attacked around 60 Myanmar military soldiers stationed at the village administration office where the polling station for the upcoming election is set up. The PDF troops destroyed the voters' list and claimed that they conducted the attack to disturb the military's sham election. 10 military soldiers were killed in four locations and the PDF troops seized some weapons and ammunition. 10 fatalities split across four villages (Swar Ma Gyi, Ywar Thit, Oe May Tu and Khin Tan Lay), and coded as 2 for this event.
