On 23 December 2025, unidentified assailants suspected to be members of a Baloch tribe fired at two persons from the Nol tribe at Ghanwan Chak area in Mochiwala police station area (Jhang district, Punjab) over land-standing feud between the communities. Two members of the Nol tribe were killed in the incident.
