On 23 December 2025, Thai forces conducted airstrikes in Thmar Sen village, Nimitt, Paoy Paet (Banteay Meanchey), destroying two Cambodian military targets, an International Center building formerly used as a call center and later converted into a Cambodian military operations base about 2 km from the Ban Nong Ian Permanent Border Checkpoint, and a building opposite Wat Wang Mon that had been repurposed by Cambodian forces as a weapons and ammunition storage site with sniper positions. Casualties unknown.
