On 23 December 2025, ENDF shot and killed 1 young man and burned down and destroyed approximately 20 - 30 residential houses in Caffa Bofa (location coded to the admin center, Kersa, Munessa, Arsi, Oromia), after accusing the victim and residents of supporting the OLF-OLA. Several residents were forced to leave their homes and relocate to safer locations.
