On 22 December 2025, Cambodian forces launched intermittent attacks using grenade launchers and artillery, while Thai forces reinforced security and used artillery to strike Cambodian command posts and supporting fire positions in Chong Khana in Naeng Mut, Kap Choeng (Surin). Casualties unknown.
