On 22 December 2025, Cambodian forces carried out sporadic attacks using grenade launchers and light artillery and employed unmanned aerial vehicles, including reconnaissance drones and FPV loitering munitions against Thai military positions in Pha Mo I Daeng and Huai Ta Maria area in Sao Thong Chai, Kantharalak (Si Sa Ket). Thai forces responded with grenade launchers and artillery fire and conducted airstrikes to destroy Cambodian strongpoints. Casualties unknown.
