On 22 December 2025, Syrian army and pro-government militia-affiliated drones targeted National Guard positions along the Majdal - Al Mazraa axis in rural As Sweida in conjunction with armed clashes erupting between National Guard fighters against Syrian armed forces supported by pro-government militia along the same axis with heavy machine guns. Casualties unknown.
