On 22 December 2025, Fano clashed with ENDF, Oromia Regional State Police, and Kebele militias in Indode Dicho coded as Dicho (East Wellega, Oromia). The fighting began when Fano militias opened fire on residents and regional security forces gathered in the Kebele for a meeting. ENDF and Kebele militias responded to the incident. An unspecified number of Fano fighters were killed, and facilities used by the armed group in the Kebele were destroyed during the three-day fighting (coded separately). Unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3, split across the three dates (from 22 - 24 December), and coded as 1 for this event.
