On 21 December 2025, in Thein Za Yat town (Kyaikto township, Thaton district, Mon state), a combined force of the Karen National Liberation Army (Brigade-1 Battalion-3), the Daw Na Column, the People's Defense Force - Bago District (Artillery Battalion), and a village local defense force attacked the Myanmar military's LIB-207 and LIB-310 bases using ten 60mm artillery rounds. In response, the military fired back artillery rounds. Casualties unknown.
