On 21 December 2025, in Yone Si Gyi village (coded as Taungtha) (Taungtha township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the People's Defense Force - Myingyan District (Battalion-3) and allied forces attacked Myanmar military troops stationed in the village at about 5:30 am. During the clash, the military launched airstrikes using a fighter jet and four paramotors. 6 military troops and a member of the Myingyan District PDF were killed, and four members of the Myingyan District PDF sustained injuries. 7 fatalities.
