On 21 December 2025, in Contagem (Minas Gerais), two unidentified armed men shot around 20 times and killed a suspected drug trafficker on Candeia Street, in the Jardim Laguna neighborhood. According to the Military Police, the deceased had a previous record for theft and was under investigation for suspected involvement in loan sharking and drug trafficking. 1 fatality.
