On 21 December 2025, Cambodian military forces launched sporadic attacks using small arms, mortars, artillery, and FPV drones in Ta Kwai temple and Hill 350 in Bak Dai, Phanom Dong Rak (Surin), while Thai forces strengthened defensive positions and returned fire with artillery. Casualties unknown.
