On 21 December 2025, Cambodian forces conducted sporadic mortar and artillery attacks and operated reconnaissance UAVs and FPV loitering munitions against Thai military positions in Chong Ta Thav area in Phum Son, Sao Thong Chai, Kantharalak (Si Sa Ket), while Thai forces reinforced defensive positions and responded with artillery fire. Casualties unknown.
