On 20 December 2025, in Saw Pyar village (Lemyethna township, Hinthada district, Ayeyarwady region), the Myanmar military launched airstrikes by dropping two 250lb bombs on the village at around 10 am, causing 10 houses to catch fire. Casualties unknown.
