On 19 December 2025, near Goke Gyi village (Ngape township, Minbu district, Magway region), fighting broke out between a column of around 100 Myanmar military soldiers that advanced while conducting drone strikes and dropped bombs and fired heavy weapons and the combined troops of the Arakan Army (ULA/AA) and allies. Many military soldiers were killed and injured, and the military troops were forced to retreat. There were an unspecified number of fatalities. The unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3.
