On 19 December 2025, in Thi La village (coded as Singu) (Singu township, Pyinoolwin district, Mandalay region), the Myanmar military from Shwebo township conducted drone strikes against IDPs who were sheltering in the village at about 10:45 am. 4 IDPs, including a child, were killed on the spot, and 15 others sustained injuries. One of the injured IDPs later died while being taken to a hospital. 5 fatalities.
