On 19 December 2025, near Hlwa Zin village (Okpho township, Thayarwady district, Bago-West region), the Underground Guerrilla Forces - Okpo (People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion - 3802 Company - 4) intercepted and attacked ten Myanmar military and police forces advancing on five motorcycles to abduct civilians around 7 pm on the Yangon - Pyay road. The armed clash lasted around 5 minutes. 6 military and police forces including a deputy police captain were killed and the PDF troops seized two weapons and ammunition. 6 fatalities.
