On 18 December 2025, Houthi military and security forces clashed with armed residents in Al Ghurzah (Hamdan, Sanaa). The reason behind the clash was Houthi forces' attempts to seize lands owned by residents. The clashes took place on 15, 16, 17, and 18 December. Casualties unknown. According to one source, the anti-Houthi forces consisted of tribesmen.
