On 18 December 2025, in Celaya, Guanajuato, according to witnesses, two armed individuals shot at merchants getting their goods ready at a warehouse at the market Central de Abastos. Two men died and another was injured as a result. The perpetrators fled the scene on a motorcycle, crashed and then fled on foot. 2 fatalities, 1 injured.
