On 18 December 2025, in Sao Paulo - East Zone (Sao Paulo), the military police shot and killed a drug trafficker (due to the material seized) during a police operation in the Chaparral community. According to the man's family, it was an execution as he was not armed and didn't exchange fire with the agents. Agents seized a pistol and 12 bricks of a substance resembling marijuana. 1 fatality.
