On 18 December 2025, clashes took place between the Syrian army supported by pro-regime militias and As-Sweida National Guards on Majdal axis in As Sweida countryside, after Syrian army members targeted the same axis with suicide drones. As-Sweida National Guards shot down one drone. Clashes resulted in seriously injuring two people. There were no fatalities.
