On 17 December 2025, in Pa Wa Htein village (Tanintharyi township, Myeik district, Tanintharyi region), the Myanmar military from No.306 artillery battalion in Maw Tone village conducted drone strikes on the village using a Kamikaze drone at about 3 pm, damaging a church. Casualties unknown.
