On 17 December 2025, BLF militants attacked a military check post using rocket propelled grenades (RPG) on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) road in Bari area of Dasht tehsil (coded as Khuddan, Kech, Balochistan). Surveillance cameras were destroyed. Casualties unknown.
