On 16 December 2025, an Israeli drone struck a car between Aadayseh Marjayoun and Markaba town (Marjayoun, Al Nabatieh). The Israeli military also combed with machine gunfire in the vicinity of Markaba town. One individual was killed in the drone strike. The IDF claimed it targeted a Hezbollah member in the strike.
