On 16 December 2025, BLA militants detonated a remote-controlled IED targeting a military convoy in the Bulbul area of Zehri tehsil (Khuzdar, Balochistan), followed by an ambush. BLA claim nine military personnel were killed and five others were wounded. Fatalities uncorroborated with 9 fatalities coded and 5 injured.
