On 16 December 2025, government security forces (Danab) clashed with Al Shabaab in Ceelka Cali Salaad area near Nuur Dugle village (Adan Yabaal, Middle Shabelle). The security forces destroyed hideouts and checkpoints. Casualties unknown.
