Around 15 December 2025 (as reported), in a rural area of La Gloria (Cesar), suspected ELN members detonated an explosive device on the Cano Limon - Covenas oil pipeline, owned by the state-run oil company Ecopetrol. This was one of several actions suspected to have been carried out by the ELN across the country as part of a 72-hour armed strike (coded separately). There were no casualties.
