On 15 December 2025, near Salgar town (Antioquia), unidentified individuals detonated an explosive device on the La Mansa - Primavera town, causing structural damage to the roadway and the El Barroso bridge. This may have been one of several actions suspected to have been carried out by the ELN across the country as part of a 72-hour armed strike (coded separately). There were no casualties.
