On 21 June 2019, an IED, planted by an unidentified armed group, exploded near the headquarters of HTS on the road connecting Termanin and Hezreh along the Idleb-Aleppo border. Explosion resulted in the wounding of several HTS fighters, but no fatalities were reported.
