On 15 December 2025, a dozen BLA militants attacked a bank in Panjgur market area of Chitkan town (Panjgur, Balochistan), triggering an exchange of fire with police. A Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) officer and one civilian were killed during an exchange of fire, while three police personnel were injured. The attackers looted millions of rupees from three private banks before fleeing. 2 fatalities and 3 injured.
