On 15 December 2025, a convoy of the Burkinabe special forces from the Rapid Intervention Battalion 11 (BIR 11) struck an IED planted by an armed group (likely JNIM, based on location) in the village of Konglore (Ouargaye, Koulpelogo, Centre-Est). 5 soldiers were injured. There were no fatalities.
