On 14 December 2025, an Israeli drone struck a car in Jouaiya town (Tyr, South). One individual was killed in the attack. The IDF claimed it targeted a Hezbollah member whom 'as part of his role, activated agents within Lebanon's security apparatus. Additionally, he acted to suppress criticism by opponents of Hezbollah in Lebanon.' Hezbollah later confirmed that the targeted individual was a member within the group.
