On 14 December 2025, in Sittwe town (Sittwe township, Sittwe district, Rakhine state), the Arakan Army (ULA/AA) fired heavy weapons which fell and exploded in the Sittwe based Myanmar military's Regional Operations Command and the No.12 police battalion of the Myanmar military for the second day. Some military officers and soldiers were killed and injured. There were an unspecified number of fatalities. Unspecified fatalities coded as 3.
