On Saturday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child in the Qalandia refugee camp, in addition to shooting a 57-year-old man in the town of Ar-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem. Media sources said that occupation forces shot a Palestinian child during an incursion into the Qalandia refugee camp. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a 16-year-old child to the hospital after occupation forces shot him in the abdomen with live rounds. Meanwhile, Israeli forces invaded the town of Ar-Ram, pursued and opened fire towards several Palestinian workers near the Apartheid Wall, shooting a worker in the leg with live rounds. The PRCS reported that its ambulance crews in Ramallah transported a 57-year-old citizen to the hospital after he sustained a live gunshot wound in the leg. Furthermore, the army assaulted Palestinian citizens and caused others to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation, during an incursion into the city of Tubas, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank. The PRCS reported that its ambulance crews provided first aid for two Palestinian citizens who suffered injuries after being assaulted by Israeli soldiers, in addition to treating four children who suffered the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation. In related news, a Palestinian young man died of his injuries, after he was shot by Israeli forces during an invasion into the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.Media sources said that the young man, Mohammed Issa Alawi, 20, succumbed to critical gunshot wounds which he sustained during an army invasion into the village of Deir Jarir on Friday morning. Fathi Hamdan, the head of the Deir Jarir village council, told the WAFA News Agency that on Friday morning, occupation forces stormed the village and opened fire at a group of young men on the street between Deir Jarir and Silwad. Media sources reported that the seriously wounded Alawi was transported to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah where he succumbed to his injuries.
