Junta troops guarding three polling stations and members of Infantry Battalion 10 come under attack in Paungde Township; casualties reported among military personnel

According to Ye Baw Shadow, a spokesperson for Battalion 3601’s reconnaissance and information unit, resistance forces launched multiple attacks on junta soldiers and troops from Infantry Battalion 10, who were guarding three polling stations in Paungde Township, Bago Region, resulting in junta casualties.

At around 5:15 a.m. on January 11, members of Battalion 3601’s 5th Company carried out simultaneous landmine attacks on junta troops guarding polling stations near Shan Kone Village and between Thapyay Gyi Su Village and Chaung Khw Village in Paungde Township.
