No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, and Taliban authorities have yet to issue an official statement on the killing.Despite repeated claims by Taliban that security has improved nationwide, residents of Kabul report a noticeable rise in violent crime, including armed robberies, targeted killings, and nighttime attacks.Medical workers, traders, and ordinary civilians have increasingly become targets, with locals saying criminals often operate with little fear of arrest, especially after dark.
