Four people are now known to have been killed in Russia's missile attack on Kharkiv. The strike in the suburbs hit a Nova Poshta terminal. As well as those killed, 6 others have been injured. Thirty employees had to be rescued, some from under the rubble. #RussiaIsATerroristState
