On 13 December 2025, Russian forces launched drone and missile strikes at Kirovohrad region (coded to Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad region) and damaged power infrastructure. Trains from several logistically important railway stations were delayed or re-routed. 19 settlements were left without power supply. Casualties unknown.
