On 13 December 2025, in the south of Htone Bo Kone village (Wetlet township, Shwebo district, Sagaing region), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes and dropped a 300-pound bomb and a cluster bomb on an IDP camp using 2 jet fighters at around 9:30 pm. About 10 houses were destroyed. 5 civilians (a 4-year-old girl, a 34-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, a 70-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman) were killed and at least 10 others were injured.
