On 13 December 2025, in the evening, armed militants (likely JNIM, based on location) dropped an IED using a drone on a logistics convoy escorted by the Burkinabe army in the area of Silmangue (Bouroum, Namentenga, Centre-Nord). 1 person was injured. There were no fatalities
